About CB
CB Eisner, RCSWI, EMDR, Sex Therapist, Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist
As a psychotherapist and certified sex therapist, I specialize in working with adults and couples facing challenges around trauma, intimacy, sexuality, and addiction.
I understand that each person’s needs and experiences are unique, which is why I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client including IFS, EMDR, Gottman, and CBT. I also have extensive clinical training in trauma recovery, human sexuality, sexual functioning, couples, and addiction treatment.
As a trained couples therapist, I work with partners navigating sexual dysfunction, intimacy challenges, communication issues, and relational disconnection.
In addition to my work with couples, I provide sensitive, trauma-informed care to individuals working through sexual trauma, exploring sexuality, or dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and maternal-related concerns.
At the core of my practice is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and free from judgment. I believe compassion and validation combined with personal accountability encourages insight, growth, and meaningful change.
I work with clients to move beyond symptom relief to addressing the root causes of their struggles, deepen their connection with themselves and others, and foster transformation that feels lasting and authentic.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m passionate about preventative education and offer a three-part course for high school students and post high school singles, covering topics around building healthy relationships, understanding consent, and comprehensive sex education. Each part can be taken individually or as part of a full series and can be tailored to the hashkafic needs and sensitivities of the group. I also work adjunctively and offer consultation to Rabbanim and Kallah teachers who are navigating sensitive or complex cases.
