About: An online interpersonal group therapy for men and women ages 25+ who have done individual therapeutic work and are looking to go deeper in a shared group therapy container.
Goals: Improve interpersonal communication; share direct thoughts/feelings as they appear in group, learn about yourself and your unconscious processes in response to others in group.
Minimum Commitment: 12 weeks (Members can try out a session or two first, but the intention is to do ongoing group.)
Investment: $100 per weekly group session.
